I am considering a different dealership. This time I had an appointment to change camera out on my truck.. dropped off at 8:00 am and picked up at 2PM. Was told your dealership did not have the camera after all .

My car was delivered to my house instead of where it was picked up at, my work. In addition. I was told that the repair would take place at my location and it was not. Gas was wasted for these 2 trips.

My truck was taken in on a Friday by appointment. I was never called on Friday and given an update on my truck. I called the next morning only to find out my truck was taken apart and going to be sitting in the shop, not getting work on all weekend. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and estimate on my broken roof top window and sun visor. I had to ask for that by another tech on Saturday. The tech could only find an estimate for the sun roof. Nothing for the visor. I was quoted over $3600 for the window. The visor was never quoted. I paid over $300 just to have the estimate done. This was over priced and not even close to reasonable. I am very disappointed in Vila Park Ford. As a 20 year retired veteran, I am disappointed in this incomplete estimate and overpriced fix for a roof window.
