Jane is great! I always request her as my service advisor! I can truly trust her when I come in for service. And she always checks my record and lets me know if I need any other services due, when I bring my car in for that oil change.

Fast service upon arrival and even faster service performed on my vehicle. Will return in the future for more work
Service rep was outstanding, but when car was delivered the work promised was NOT completed. Sunroof was supposed to be disconnected from controls, but when received car sunroof still opened. I was told to bring the car back again tomorrow which is extremely inconvenient. Paying $400 just to disconnect use of sunroof. Anything that can be done to compensate this inconvenience is appreciated.
Had a great experience with Carlos. Looking forward to working with him in the future on our other vehicles.

All around service, Lyft, truck delivery was great.
We were going to be charged for a new water pump even though we had just had the water pump replaced last year. He said it was not covered under the 2 year warranty since we didn’t pay cash for it (it was covered under our extended warranty last year) After arguing back and forth, he finally checked with the warranty dept and then said it was covered, never admitting he made a mistake. Then when I came in to pick up my truck, he had forgotten to have the two tire sensors replaced which was one of the primary reasons I brought the truck in.
Since 2018 Janey has been providing me outstanding customer service. Her explanation are clear and understandable. She gives me a heads-up on what to expect in future service needs so I can plan ahead. I have been going to Villa Ford for many, many years. When I finally found Janey I settled on a service person with whom I wanted to work with on an ongoing basis. She’s terrific!
