Tony was great, he greeted me as I pulled up by name and offered to wash my truck which I took advantage of. The oil change took less then an hour while I waited.I was in and out within 1 hour.Thank you for such good customer care.

One of the best Ford dealerships we have gone to! Domingo was very helpful and cared about our time! This was our first time at Villa Ford Service and we will definitely be back due to Domingo’s excellent customer service! He was able to answer all of our questions with a smile! Customer Service was the ultimate experience for me. My reservation was at 7:45. I arrived at earlier, but Glen was able to attend to me with vehicle recommendations, and introduced me to pickup/ drop off service within ten minutes. Awesome, didn’t wait much longer for Uber. Vehicle service completed & delivered.

I needed a rear stop light bulb replaced. Domingo took care of everything perfectly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The $18 charge was completely fair. The new stop light bulb works perfectly. Thank you Domingo.

Tony was very attentive to my vehicle’s needs. He was very kind and enthusiastic to get my car serviced. He brought a recent manufacturer recall to my attention and recommended I get it fixed as soon as I could. He set up a date to come back, but he later found me in the lobby and informed me that the service crew could get the recall fixed that same day. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Great service overall!

Glen has always been very courteous and helpful when I bring my vehicles in for service. He always gets the work done in a timely manner and if it can’t get done he always communicates with me. I keep coming back to Villa Ford because of him.
