The worst service in my life and I am 62 And I owned around thirty cars that I had Mechanical repairs done to them. It took to days to get an answer what the diagnoses are. When the morning of third day I was trying to make a decision While talking to the arrogant rep he was arguing with me and let me finish and insisted on the price and told me to take it or leave it. And wanted just to go on and did not care to get my business. Then I came a day later to pick up the car and he was not even willing to let me know it’s ready . Bad service all the way !!!

I was charged over $200.00 to change an air filter and a cabin filter. Maybe 15 minutes for labor. My regular service advisor, Sheldon, would never have let that happen before calling me to get approved. I believe Victor stole from me. The total was $50.00 more than the estimate. I hope it was worth it. I won't be back.
