I’ve been a long time Ford owner and customer of Villa Ford. I brought my car in yesterday to find out it needed a new water pump at a cost is $4400, which is outrageous. Then I learned that Ford is aware of faulty water pumps and that there’s a class action lawsuit. I think my next car will be something other than Ford and I have found a new mechanic. This is very unfortunate.

I made an appoint and upon arrival was checked in. I sat waiting while other people arrived and their vehicles take. Also curious if the appointment is necessary. I showed up in time at 9 and was told an hour.. my vehicle wasn’t ready till about 130pm… seems the same as when I don’t make a appointment and just show up

Villa Ford has really improved the service department over the last couple of years. I have been extremely happy with the customer service the last few times I have taken my vehicles here. Victor was great to work with and did everything he could to complete the work in a timely manner during a very busy time around the holidays. Will definitely bring my cars here for service in the future!
