I go to Villa Ford because I know Jane will take care of me and my van. I drive past three other Ford service departments to get service from Villa Ford because of Jane's professionalism and thoughtful care of her customers. I've never had a bad experience when I receive service at Villa Ford with Jane as my service advisor. Five stars!

Working with Domingo was amazing! Communication was great from the start. I called in to get a quote and Domingo took note of what I needed and said he'd call me back within the hour- he actually called me back in 10 or 15 minutes. I dropped off my car with no problem and actually called back because I forgot to ask about moldings that I needed installed. Again, Domingo got me an answer right away. Through the entire process I felt like my concerns were heard and that communication was exceptionally quick and clear. I was treated amazingly well in person by all staff. I will never go anywhere else for service to my Ford Focus again. Thank you Domingo and team. To management, you have great people working for you and it makes all the difference. Thank you!

I am so blown away by the terrible service I received. I will no longer be using Villa Ford for my service needs. My advisor was absolutely incompetent.

I took my truck for an oil change. When I picked it up nothing was mentioned about my front grill bring broken and missing a piece. I can guarantee and assure that is not not how I dropped it off today. Did message the person who assisted me, but have not hear back. I'm not very happy with this and hoping someone can get back to me.

This is the 3rd time the truck has been in for repairs in 6 weeks sense the motor was replaced.
