I arrived for my 10am appointment at 9:50 and wasn’t seen for over thirty minutes. After my car having sat down there for five hours I was informed that the recall software update could not be completed that day. I will not waste anymore of my time at that dealership.

I can always count that when I bring my vehicle in. Carlos Ibarra will always attend to me quickly courteous give me a full breakdown and I always get my vehicle sooner than expected. The staff is always courteous, informative and patient with all my questions. I always leave feeling 100% satisfied with the service and peace of mind to the work that was done to my car. Carlos is my go to and who I highly recommend to all my friends and family. If you’re looking for a go to person with your car needs, I would recommend looking him up.

Carlos is a machine! There were multiple customers that all arrived at the same time. Carlos worked through them all in a speedy manner. While getting me checked it he was multitasking an helped other coworkers and customers at the same time. I was very impressed with him.

Domingo did a good job helping us, but your mark up on price to repair windshield wiper water spraying was &877 — TOO HIGH — Domingo got it down to $593, still I feel on the high side for part & repair. Rebecca G
