Carlos was professional and human! I told him it was my first time coming to the dealership to service 1 of my 2 Ford EDGES. I gave home a problem statement, some personal background, and he told me when my car service would be completed. The car was done 30 minutes before he’d stated it’d be done. Carlos and Villa Ford exceeded my expectations!

Unfortunately it took 3 1/2 weeks or so to fix a water leak on my 2025 car that flooded my spare tire well and soaked my carpets , Dealer finally got my car back to me and the inside is filthy . Full of dust on every panel inside is full of dust they could have at least wiped it down and vacuumed it after having the back hatched opened and left open to work on for 3 weeks . ( leak was in the back hatch) seals replaced and it had to go collision Center to fix the misalignment on the hatch . They forgot to fix my front console . So it now needs to go back in again to get fixed . No communication unless I called for updates on my vehicle weekly . Picked up my car 3 days ago and tech was supposed to email me photos still yet to get them iv called every day got told he’s on lunch and they would tell him. Still no email. So overall not a good experience. Except the staff is friendly that’s about it .

"I am super happy with the service provided Richard Justus for my truck. The he was incredibly professional and provided the best customer service I’ve experienced. I especially appreciated the generous discount they offered on my service. Because of their high standards and helpfulness, I am giving them a 10/10 rating.
