I brought my 2023 Ford F-150 in for an oil change right before closing, and Sheldon and the team still took amazing care of me. It honestly felt like I had the NASCAR pit crew working on my truck. I was in and out in about 45 minutes! The service was efficient, professional, and friendly from start to finish. I truly appreciate their exceptional customer service and willingness to help, even at the end of the day.

Great service from Chris! Much better then my previous service writer. My only issue each time I come in. I've left the same comment. The mechanic leaves oil / dirty finger prints. This specially stands out on white vehicle.

The service went very well today, but I still have the one question about the Ford pass coming up saying the battery is too low. Is there some way I can charge my battery or I can use the Ford pass I understand this happens a lot.

Joe and Chris were very friendly super thankful for their help . Joel could take notes from them on customer service he was rude , if I were bald I’d probably be rude too
