It was my first time at Villa Ford. I was very nervous , everyone was very courteous from the moment I drove up and I was able to relax. Mr. Ibarra listened and answered all my questions. I was very happy when I left. I will use Villa Ford for my future needs.

Unfortunately one of the items I came in for was not resolved. My windshield wipers are still colliding and not working right. I put those details in the appointment, called the day before to confirm, reminded the person when I checked in. And still they don't work. I tested them once I got the vehicle and the issue was the same. So I’m pretty disappointed other aspects were nice including the itemized costs and the customer service. But To me it seems lazy sorry
