Jane has been exceptional in taking care of my Expedition. She is very attentive to the problems and thorough in explaining what needs to be done, always taking in consideration my thoughts on what she recommends. I enjoyed working with her, and would recommend her highly. Her updates and staying in touch with me on a daily basis was comforting. I feel her knowledge of my vehicle and how things work and age of the vehicle was very helpful. My husband bought the vehicle for me as a Christmas gift in 2000 from Villa. Since he passed away 6 months later, it became a partof our family. Thank you for all the service over these past 24 years and again, Jane is outstanding,
