Carlos is the absolute best. He always exceeds my expectations and always shows great care when I have to bring my vehicle in. He is excellent at maintaining communication with me throughout the process and is transparent when answering my questions. Mr Kotler was very polite, professional and thorough as he went over the process of getting the oil changed on my 2023 Ford Escape. In addition he explained future services my car would need and why it was important to keep these services up to date. I have been a customer of Villa Ford for over 30 years. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will continue to do business with this dealership.
