I really appreciated Sheldon’s professionalism and dedication to providing top notch service to customers. He always called me whenever there was an issue or a concern with my vehicle, as well as notifying me of any updates during the process. I would highly recommend Sheldon to anyone needing a service advisor for work on their Ford. Sheldon was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sees. He knew part numbers and codes off the top of his head, I could tell he’s been doing his job for a long time. Additionally, the service at Villa Ford of Orange was exceptional. My truck was kept clean and nothing was damaged. I was very impressed with the valet service offered by Villa Ford of Orange. I have never had a car dealership offer to deliver my vehicle to me when the work is completed, especially at no additional cost to me. Overall I would definitely recommend Villa Ford and the Service advisor Sheldon to anyone who needs work done on their Ford vehicle.

My car was on a service for 8 years, I always asked about the brakes when I had service, you said no, now this was my first time after service for free, so I said makes sense that you guys said I need to pay 1200 hundred to have things fixed, go figure that!

Carlos was thorough in explaining the work to be done, and explained why additional alignment work was needed because of observed tire wear. Felt he was very straight forward and helpful.

Domingo provided excellent fast and complete service. We enjoy coming here knowing that he is going to be there.
