Well honestly, it took us about roughly an hour this morning, We scheduled accordingly so that we can drop off our vehicle get the rental and be at work on time however, with the delays we were still an hour late for work the rental was not ready when we did receive a rental day acknowledge that there was less than a quarter of the tank so they had to go fill up the tank, and we were given an expedite expected time of delivery by the end of the day. It is now almost 8 o’clock and we still haven’t received a phone call on the status of our vehicle. I would love to leave a nice review but I haven’t received the bare minimum of what I’m requesting.

Vic did a great job. We really really needed the F150 repair work was completed so we could go on a scheduled camping trip tomorrow. And he made sure that our truck was ready in plenty of time.

Jane always gets it right! The controls for the fan would not lower, it was stuck on high. She even sat in my car and performed a reset but the fan continued to blow on the highest level. She explained what the issue would most likely be. However, a mechanic would need to check it out to pinpoint the exact issue. She explained how my extended warranty works. If the issue falls under the warranty, I would only pay my deductible. If not, then she said she would call before the mechanic does anything. I trust Jane with my car and what she tells me. I appreciate her so much! Thank you Janey, for all you do to take care of me & my car.

Glen was very attentive and accommodating. Great outgoing personality. He answered all my questions, and gave me additional information about your courtesy pick up and delivery. In the future I will ask for Glen as my service rep.
