Our service advisor did the best He could given a car that needed 5.5 weeks of repairs. Upon initial pick up the check engine light came on and required me to return for another day of service. This survey should be more question about service versus just the adviser, who does not control a poorly manufactured car, inefficient repair process, and poor quality control of by repair technicians.

Part not in stock. Appreciate that the car was able to be dropped off; however, I had asked to be notified as to when it would be so that I could meet the Ford person outside so that there was less chance of waking the baby sleeping inside. I never received a text notice to say that they were on their way even though someone else had told me that I should have received one.

Glen Kotler is the best service advisor. He explained in easy terms problems and fix with my car; great communication. Always calling me to update status of my car. There were three major fixes and he gave me a heads up the time it would take to get it worked on.

I love Villa Ford. I always get the best customer service. I come all the way from Westminster to get my car serviced there. They are always helpful, informative and genuinely nice overall. I have never had any issues, just great experiences. Victor and Ibarra are the 2 that usually assist me and they are both great.
