Victor is always very helpful and keeps me informed on the vehicle status. In the other hand I'm always having issues with technicians forgetting to do something on the vehicles which can be frustrating. This is the 3rd time it happen on different vehicles.

My car was at the dealership for over 5 weeks . When first brought in at end of February I was told my car was number 59 in the queue. I made the appointment while in Tucson on Rhursfay ti bring into Villa Fird at 9 am Friday . I initially made the appointment because if a “check engine” light . After I was in OV for two weeks ( I live in Bishop) I told them I needed to get back home because I had run out if my medications and needed to finally pick up my mail . I received a loaner car to drive there and back . I think that the reason it sat there for s long time was because of my extended warranty and may have been out in the back burner .

My last oil change on my 2016 Shelby Mustang was a disaster, however, management worked to make it right so I have decided to give the dealership another opportunity to keep me as their customer. Domingo was helpful in the situation. I brought the vehicle in for warranty work and Domingo had the paperwork ready and maintained contact with me.
