Third time is a charm. Tony helped make the process as painless as possible to get my vehicle repaired for a second time due to carelessness. But accidents do happen and Tony was my go to man to address the situation. And he addressed it professionally.

They had a hard time deciding how to help me, from 10:30 until 2:00 . Finally they sent a tow truck but then couldn’t tell him how to load the truck because it was 4 wheel drive. They wanted to take the truck to Redlands'Ford. I had to pay extra to get them to take the truck to the home dealer. And I had to pay for a rental car that should have been under the warranty.
