Carlos always does a great job. He always returns phone calls or picks up the cell phone. If there’s no customer staying out at his desk, he’s out checking on other customer vehicles. He seems to be the busiest service writers.

We had a problem with a loud sound when we drove the car away. Turns out it was a part that was not put back the way it was supposed to be. Other than that, the where friendly, efficient and knowledgeable..manuel and Phyllis Lopez
