Their service department has become very unorganized so I am thankful for my experience because it was definitely worth the trip and I will always come in for service into Orange now.

My car was never washed (not that I could tell) and I waited 15 minutes before anyone came out to greet me while I watched a gentleman pull up behind me in a white Escape and get taken care of first. He couldn’t have had an appointment because I called the day prior and was told appointments weren’t needed. Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed. If there is anything I can say that was positive is that I was out of there in less than an hour. Overall, not your best Villa Ford.

Just to be polite, I do not think you would like my comments in words. With that being said, I’ve already picked up and paid for my vehicle, but it will certainly never be dropped off to your establishment again.
As a small business owner, I not like giving negative reviews but my experience with your dealership today was horrible.
