I brought my 2023 f150 into the dealer for a list of issues. Domingo was my service writer and was very easy to work with and made the process extremely easy. Ford ended up keeping my truck for over a week for repair and Domingo made sure I was well taken care of.

Glad all the preventative maintence was done in one day. Glen Kotker did a good job.
Vic did not listen to where I said to look first on Monday. Instead he said they had a procall to use. So they finally got to where I recommended to ck on Thursday and that's where the problem was. And because of this 3 extra days it cost me over a $1,000.00. Vic needs to listen to the customer where no all stupid.
Glen was very professional and friendly. He explained everything so I could understand the process. He offered to deliver my car which was extremely helpful!
