I always trusted Ford services But this is the second time I take my vehicle to Villa Ford and I never get a call when my vehicle is ready. Why? I dropped off my vehicle early in the morning and I always have to go without no body calling to let me know is ready. This never used to happen at Ford of Orange. I had to wait 7 hrs for an oil change and and cabin filter. Why? I think you guys can do better.
