I was upset to hear that a diagnostic test would cost $290. That seems a little outrageous. I was also surprised that was not covered under the extended warranty I was sold. I was told that basically anything that went wrong was covered and I would need to only pay my deductible. So it just felt misleading.
I appreciate how Joel answered all my questions, took care of the service my car needed and left me feeling that I would like to come back for more service for my Escape. Many thanks to Joel!

That was a tough question. The customer service is 100% (when you can get ahold of someone). If I have to call my chances of someone answering is not likely, but in person you couldn’t ask for a better place for customer service. I was only not satisfied that my issue is still an issue and I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone to see what the solution is. I do travel out of my way to come to this specific location because the in person customer service is wonderful, but it’s inconvenient to have to go there to get ahold of someone.
Extremely happy with the communication to and from my home. The service performed on the truck was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you for providing an option.
