From the time of setting up, then easily changing the day and time, the whole process was clearly explained, with approximate timeline for all completion. I was offered a ride back home and delivery of my vehicle when finished. I declined the ride home but was updated as to progress, and a family member took me home. I was notified when the vehicle was wad ready, with complimentary wash, and I would get a call as to time of arrival back to my apartment. All was timely and handled professionally!

I waited in the lobby. Texted st 9:05 that my cat was almost ready. I would be called soon. 9:45 I went outside and saw that my car was parked and ready. Don’t know how long it was parked. 8am appt (I was early) oil change and did not need tire rotation. I was forgotten. ??
