I was charged for a service that was not performed and had to fix it myself. Called for refund and had to return in person to get it. My F150 was in the shop for 2-1/2 weeks for what should have only been 3-4 days.

So appreciate the informed and honest help by Tony. Appreciate the customer service, allowing me to drop off my car and arranging Lyft to get me to work and then drop off my car at my work. Disappointed by Ford continuing to use lug nuts that require replacement and not recognizing that the materials are poor and even defective. Very disappointing. They need to honor and stand behind their products and those they chose to have installed within their automobiles, even if manufactured by others.
