I’ve already told my friends how nice everyone was. From the moment I called for information on the real call & was immediately given an appointment.How you open an extra lane for me to drop my car off. Then gave me a Lift ride home & drove my car to my house. I was treated better then I have ever been treated at a car dealership. I know nothing about cars, so can’t respond to that. But the was washed & runs just as good as it did b4 I gave it to you. Plus you checked a bunch of stuff I didn’t even know I should have been concerned about. So thank you to all of you. I will recommend you to everyone I know

Service manager mentioned service department was a little backed up, but was able to complete my vehicle in a timely manner.
Last week, Janey assisted my wife and I to get one of our vehicles repaired and serviced. This week Janey arranged for pick-up and delivery of a second vehicle we own, and, arranged to have serviced. Janey is always available to discuss difficult situations, and find rapid solutions.

I have the best warranty that ford offers and it won’t cover a plastic panel on the side of the drivers seat. Even though it is a know problem 400 for the repair is crazy. Glen is a great service rep.

Well I have to sue you because you guys are so incompetent You're fraudulent business practices and you're willingness to follow California law. Maybe you shouldn't try to take advantage of people or at least you should see investigate who you're trying to take advantage of before you do. You don't even know who you're dealing with and trying to screw but you will find out soon enough
