I am on a recovery of a Hospital stay. I don’t drive for now so my wife drives me everywhere. When recently driving, I noticed the left directional signal light was inoperative. With the Wife the sole driver of the family, day and night, I did not want her to drive a vehicle in an unsafe condition.
I called Janie and explained my situation and asked if I could get the vehicle repaired if I got the vehicle to her dealership. First of all, she showed much concern for my poor physical condition and said I stay at home and focus on recovery. She would arrange p/u of the vehicle, have it repaired and drive it back to our residence. Well, Janie made it happen, and I was able to make Medical appointments in just a couple of hours.
That’s my story. And, that’s how Janie has typically treated every delicate situation I had with all my vehicles, and my personal welfare.

Not the service managers fault however I dropped off my brand new $100k vehicle that has under 5k miles on it to have its very first oil change done. My headliner on my truck for whatever reason is grey not black and it looks like whoever did the oil change climbed into the drivers seat with oil on his gloves and left black oil marks on the grey headliner… the trucks brand new and it’s not even close to cheap. Just wish you guys took better care of the vehicles that come in because they’re way over priced.. you’re already charging a **** ton for them the least you could do is give it back in the condition you were given the keys in. Dear Villa ford,
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent visit to your dealership for a recall on my car. Despite receiving text messages and scheduling an appointment, I was shocked to find that your team was not prepared to handle the recall when I arrived. They told me it will be done on June 27th 2024. I don't understand why you guys scheduled me for today. The guy took care of it was very nice and respectful.
I had taken time out of my schedule to bring my car in, only to be told that you were not ready to perform the necessary work. This was a waste of my time and caused significant inconvenience.
I request that you investigate this matter and take necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Also other customers can avoid the same incident happened to me, I expect a higher level of service from your dealership.
