Joel was very helpful during the servicing of my car for a recall issue. His communication was excellent, keeping me updated on the process in addition to having my car ready a day earlier than originally estimated. I appreciate his expertise as well as his high level of customer service.

They told me I needed 20 new Lug nuts because mine are damaged. They probably didn’t check the brakes either because of the damaged Lug nuts .When I got home I inspected every lug nut on the car. Not one was defective. 20 ea lug nuts at four dollars each is $80. I have been repairing cars, my entire life, automatic transmissions, rebuilding engines . I have never ever heard of such a thing. If this was true, then they are damaged because the torque on the drills are set too high.

I cannot explain the incredible difference between Villa Ford and the other dealership closer to our home. Night and day. You guys are professional, courteous and efficient. HB Ford refused to provide a loaner. You did. The service advisor there couldn’t help us with obvious warranty claims but Carlos got it done. He is an asset to your company.
