I was kept up to date with all the status of my vehicle and it took less than I expected. Now the question is will the paint age like the rest of the vehicle. Put some wax and see how it lasts. ????
I came in to get an inspection and extended service contract on my 2018 F150. Although I had an appointment I was initially told it may not be completed due to volume in the service area. While disappointed, o said let’s try as I came from Huntington Beach and wouldn’t be available for # weeks to bring it back. A technician overheard the conversation and told Victor he had time to perform the inspection. I wish I caught his name, he was wonderful! After the inspection Christopher in Finance explained the various contract options and my F150 is now covered for the next 6 years/50000 miles. You have a great team!
Glen was very helpful. I appreciate how simple he made the process. Glen was the only service person of the four that were sitting inside that actually came out to my car and helped me.

When Rick called me to say my car was ready he advised me that
my couldn’t be washed so the new window could dry. I was ok
with that and I understood. Because I had work being done in my
I asked if the car could be delivered and Rick set that up. When
I accepted the car back, it had been washed. I called Rick
back to ask what happened, cat had been washed.
Rick apologized and said he would make a note in case there was
problem down the road. He said he didn’t think there would be a
problem and he couldn’t explain why it was washed. I’m sure that
the delivery people automatically assume that every car should be
washed before it leaves and I understand that. I just want to be
covered in case there is a problem. I don’t have spare money
to replace the window again. Thank you for your time.

Great work next day pickup really efficient
My vehicle was scratched while in service. Still waiting for pictures.
Had a timeframe to pick up vehicle, 24 hours after purchase. Vehicle wasn't ready. No introduction to the vehicle. It just seemed that we were handed from person to person, rather than getting a quality experience. Vehicle has many external scratches that were not addressed prior to delivery. The vehicle was so dirty the night before, we couldn't overview the vehicle. Jane did not help us by the way.
Tony was real easy to deal with and kept me updated on my vehicle .
