Took way too long and way too expensive
I paid way too much for a warranty that doesnt cover much of a nything. You wont be seeing me at your facility anymore

I left my car on a Thursday. My service advisor said he’d call me and never did till Friday afternoon. I called and was told no works has been done till Monday. Called Monday and told the person ( not my original service advisor) I need my car the next day. In half an hour, the person called and said the car was ready. Either no one knows what was going, or it took half an hour to service the car. Very frustrating and disappointing! I’ll try another ford dealer for my next service!
Joel was able to get my Maverick in for recall repairs and back to me the same day. He even had my car delivered to my house, which was a huge time saver!

I am very very pleased with my service experience on my F150 at Villa Ford. I got to Villa Ford before 7 because was wife, who I am caretaker for was still sleeping, at the stroke of 7 Joel was there to find out what he could do for me. He recommended an alignment to go along with the oil change and wiper arm recall. Since my wife doesn't drive I thought I would have to get a Lyft ride back to pick up the truck and once again leave my wife. Joel said they could deliver the truck to me. OMG you hAve no idea how helpful that was. They kept me in communication thru the whole process. I can't say enough positive things about the quality service, respect, and return of my truck. Eddie was a careful driver and I could tell as he drove up the street he treated my truck very well. Thank you Joel, Eddie, and Villa Ford for a well done job. Mike
