Rick, who is a new service advisor, did an exceptional job. Car was ready and washed when he said it would be; and he took the time to walk us to the car to point out the tires they recommend be changed, and why! He also gave us an overview about what to expect at our next service and asked if we had any other questions or concerns! Well done Rick!!!

Great service. Concern about brake lights not working was my concern but the problem corrected since my mom had to bring it in to be fixed. Is this a ford defect? I would appreciate a review of this situation as it was an expensive bill for repair. Joel was great but still would appreciate a response to the repair. Is this a recall issue.

Domingo was great. He communicated with me from start to finish of the car service. After the service was performed he discussed suggested service needs. Domingo has a very uplifting personality and was a pleasure to work with.
