I’ve worked with Carlos the last 3 years. The customer service I receive is nothing short of outstanding. Before purchasing my expedition, Ford’s reputation had me extremely worried. Carlos has made sure my car is always running smoothly through each visit. We couldn’t be happier and it’s all thanks to Carlos. We will probably purchase another Ford in the future.

Richard Justus was probably the first service representative that actually took the time to listen and try to understand the TPMS problem that My truck has since purchased new. I am hopeful that after a few more visits the issue can finally be resolved ! Regards

After waiting 2 and a half hours my car was never worked on. I had to leave without getting my oil changed and was 30 mins late to work. If I would’ve known that making an appointment was useless I would’ve never made one knowing that you take other peoples cars before the ones who’ve made an appointment. I had to explain to my work why I was late. I’ve NEVER waited two hours for an oil change from you guys ever. It’s never taken more than an hour. I’m in disbelief that I now have to come back, wait more time, then still pay 100$ for an oil change. It’s baffling
