I had an appointment at 7:45 am and I was seen until 8:30 am. That is ridiculous! It didn’t help that Glenn told me that it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not that it’s first come first serve. So why make appointment? Glenn also let me know that my recall is not truly a recall, and would not honor the recall for my front windshield! Villa Ford customer service to going down hill.
