My service writer is fantastic. I’m disappointed in the service provided. I had two new batteries installed in my truck and the cable terminals were not cleaned of corrosion nor was any anti corrosion compound placed on the new battery post or terminals.

The advisor Richard was a pleasure to speak with he answered all my questions and was very helpful. My only disappointment is that now I have to return again since the parts for the recall are back ordered.
