I am a senior and he is always patient and kind and always explains everything. I pass two other dealership just to get to villa ford and Carlos. I make my appointments just with him. If he is out I will wait, he is that good!
I think Rick did a pretty decent job attending to my truck’s needs. He was polite, respectful and seemed generally concerned about the truck’s issues. However the other service personnel on scene were just salty assholes with their demeanor. Very unwelcoming as I entered the den of personal that exuded a dont bother me vibe and where they were more concerned with looking busy than greeting anyone. Simply smile and good morning go a long way. This was my experience my entire time I was in this area. Very cold and non engaging. Actually this has been the same vibe since my first visit with them in 2006.

This is my first visit to Villa Ford, but I have bought 5 Toyota's from David Wilson and had them always maintained by David’s dealership with flawless execution and experience. This is why I chose Villa Ford for my F350. The first visit was a simple service but had several issues. My front tire center caps were not installed correctly and were wobbly, when I went to try to fully seat them I noticed the driver side was melted and severely discolored. The dealer said the technician had mistakenly placed it in a puddle of brake cleaner and would order me a new one. The wrong part was ordered causing my two additional visits because the part was not varied before calling me to return to dealer. Lastly, when I returned home I noticed oil dripping under my new F350, after crawling under to examine, it was dripping oil from oil change that dripping off oil filter, oil pan, and frame because the technician never wiped any of the oil that splashed during oil change. These were simple issues but things that never happened at David’s other dealership with over 20 years and 5 vehicles serviced. The best way to characterize it feels carelessness.

Well,they supposed to do a couple more touch ups one in the rearroght sode of da bumper n I little scratched by fender n door,besides everything supoused to be covered by da extra insurance I bought from dealer when I bought the truck
It took 4 hours for a simple oil change. This was with an appointment.
