Turnaround time was exceptional. I dropped my vehicle off around 10am and received a call back around 2:30 stating it’s ready for pick up. The service adviser was very polite and friendly, I believe his name is Rick. Overall very happy with my first time experience with Villa Ford.

Richard was very helpful in getting my car set up for an oil change. Advised me of unused reward points that I did not know we had. He was just a very nice, helpful person. Made what I thought was going to be a headache a very pleasant experience

Glenn did not address my issue right from the very beginning. I am still having the exact same problem as it was difficult to replicate. I definitely hear the difference in my speaker which is why I brought my car in. I’m highly dissatisfied with my service today.
