He is the best. He is the only reason why we take our vehicle here. We live closer to Fairway Ford in Placentia, but their customer service is horrible. Domingo should be a manager at this point. He really knows how to take care of his business and the customers.

First, I want to thank Villa Ford for their overall cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. Glen Kotler is the best. Sincerely, he is the best service advisor I've ever had. This covers a lot of years and several automotive manufacturers. But truly, he honestly cares about providing quality service, integrity and honesty for all of his customers. He does it for me, so I'm very sure he treats us all the same. If Villa Ford has an award for service advisor of the year, I strongly recommend Glen to the honored recipient.
