Sheldon was confused. He got my paperwork mixed up in the beginning. He called me on Friday morning, saying my car would be ready early to mid next week. Then he called me back the same afternoon telling me that my car was ready to be picked up. Other than that the rental car was great, the cashier was very friendly, and my car is running in great condition.
