Sheldon was very helpful with my last minute, end of day, Saturday afternoon emergency low oil pressure issue on my 2020 Raptor. While he was helping me get the paperwork done, he even recommended a special tow cable to help get my buddies unstuck when we’re out playing in the dirt!

Service was a joke... Joel was less than helpful. I will be calling Ford corporate to discuss the mismanagement there. Not like it will do much in sure, but it will highlight the incompetence at your "business". Suffice to say - I will NOT be buying another vehicle from you. Furthermore, I will recommend all parties steer clear of you.

Mingo did a good job. I'm not happy about how much it cost to repair the wiring problem. Mingo took a picture of the required repair for me in case you'd like to see. Also, im an recent widower and Ford retiree. I've gone to Villa Ford since they opened and they used to give Retirees a little break.

Glen provided one of the best experiences I have ever had at a Ford dealership. In fact, the level of service provided was more inline with what you would receive a a high end luxury car dealership. He was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful during my visit. I rate his service as exceptional. In fact, the entire staff at the dealership was outstanding. Thank you for a great experience.
