Made an appointment for the following week, a Monday. Told the service writer I have a software update needed.
Showed up on time, and left the machE.
Was called a few hours later and told they could get the update done that day.

Glen was very nice and so was the service tech who came to take the truck in -I waited a very short time. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. The cashier was very pleasant and courteous. After I left, My check engine light came on- I called and left a message but decided to come back because it was Friday afternoon and I was close. Plus I had to drive a couple hundred miles this weekend. The receptionist in service - I don’t recall his name- went to get Glen. He looked under the hood looking for a disconnected hose and I was told it’s a glitchy sensor- common with Mavericks-
I asked to reset the light and then if it came back on asked if I should make an appointment. I was not given a clear answer about yes or no. I said I was driving a long distance and asked if the car would be ok. “There shouldn’t be a problem”
The engine light came back on and the car now gets 25.8MPG instead of 39 and rides rough like the tires are shaking if I accerate.

I have black hand prints on my visor and inside the window on both sides. I was told I could get my car in the morning after they changed the filter and I called several times to see when I could get my car and I never got a call back. I had to use a different phone to get someone to answer. I only use this ford because I literally live behind them. I’d rather go somewhere else. Next time I will.
