It took longer than I expected, longer than I was told it would, almost 2 hours for an pil change. According to the website, an afternoon appointment should involve less wait time
The file should have it all. I was never called unless I called. After a point where I complained he never called. Infact when I arrived to get the car he avoided me. No update is not a reason to not call someone at all

Glen was attentive, helpful, and explained the process to me. I am satisfied with everything about the process and am pleased with the wonderful courtesy vehicle he helped me get. My only complaint is the car wash was sub par. Picked my car up with streak marks all over, and there was tree sap dripping down the driver”s side. It was a free car wash so it’s not the end of the world.
We do appreciate Domingo as service person, he is very helpful and great to talk to, my wife and I enjoy his company.

Domingo was wonderful in letting me know what the problem was regarding my car and gave me estimate of when the repair would be completed which I appreciated.
Sheldon was fantastic. The problem was there was no valets available to retrieve my truck after paying the bill. I had to wait between 10 - 15 minutes to get a service advisors attention to get someone to retrieve my truck. What also concerns me now is the safety and security of my vehicle at the dealership. In the last two visits, today’s included, a customers car was damaged by a Villa Ford employee. This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified at once. Managers need to be more accountable as to what is going on in the service area. I watched the technician sitting in my truck, burning my diesel fuel for 10 minutes while engaged in a conversation with another employee. Again, completely unacceptable.
They did an amazing job the tech that worked on my car patched my car up and did a thorough inspection now I know what I need to work on next, and thanks to Carlos I was able to go in and out as soon as possible helped me very well will come again for sure!!!
