First thing a first, thank you Richard. I called in with an old of specification batter on my vehicle, and he helped arrange a chauffeur to grab our explorer. Additionally, when coming to pick up our ford after service was complete, he provided excellent customer service to valet our vehicle himself since the attendants were busy. I was able to get home in time for an important meeting due to his efforts.

This is a commendation for Joe Gutierrez. This past year I’ve brought my 2018 Ford Edge into service department and to say the least I was completely dissatisfied and even resisted from bringing my car back there due to the customer service experience I had. My experience with joe so far has been seamless. He is a breath of fresh air compared to who I dealt with last few times.
