Richard was fantastic from the start working with me on the services I needed/wanted on the vehicle to seeing me stand at the valet waiting for someone to bring me my car and going to get it for me himself. It is hands down the best customer service I have received at the dealership in the 2 plus years I have been going there. You really have a god one there.

I had to have 2 major warranty issue repaired and I was very please with the relatively short lead time to finish both transmission and Cam phaser issues as well as the open line of communication. Jane is the best! She has been my service contact for years. She is clear when she explains what needs to be done. She manages expectation by looking ahead to next service needs especially if my car is coming up on a new milestone which calls for additional preventive maintenance. She never talks down to me. Very friendly and explained what was done. Even though they were extremely busy and did not get to everything that was needed to be done . They got to the most important things first. Which was alright to me, because I could bring the car back when not so busy. I greatly appreciate Carlos waiting for me to show from the Lyft driver they sent but arrived just at the time of closing.
5w20 was put in my hybrid when the manual and oil cap clearly states 0w20 should be used…

First thing a first, thank you Richard. I called in with an old of specification batter on my vehicle, and he helped arrange a chauffeur to grab our explorer. Additionally, when coming to pick up our ford after service was complete, he provided excellent customer service to valet our vehicle himself since the attendants were busy. I was able to get home in time for an important meeting due to his efforts.
