I was told I had to leave my car with the dealer for two weeks because the department was shut down and they wouldn’t be able to get to the problem for 2 weeks. Seems the service department needs more experienced transmission mechanics to get caught up and service the paying public’s needs in a timely fashion. My service advisor was helpful and very knowledgeable.
