We paid 1100$ for motor/transmission mounts for a very noticeable vibration. (I’ve been in diesels with less vibration). I drove 10ft (never left the dealership) and the vibrations were still there. Problem never resolved despite being told “we are confident that the fixed the issue”. Vehicle has been at the dealership for a week and was immediately returned to service. Did the service dept not check? Now a service employee tells Me it’s spark plugs or injectors. This is not good and so far a waste of money. Awaiting followup.
