Everyone was very nice and did their best to keep me updated. I had already been there a hour when they said they didn’t have a battery and would be a hour more before delivery. They probably didn’t realize the battery would take so long to come in. There original estimate of an hour for the battery to get delivered ended up being double the time. If I would have known a battery change would take 3.5 hours to do, I would have come back since I work night shift and came after work.

Glen was a class act. Went to Selman Chevrolet earlier this week to service a truck and the service was not bad. That was until I was blown away at the Superior Service provided by Glen at Villa Ford. From the moment we met he had a warm welcome introduced himself and went straight to work. Glen provided all of his contact info including direct line and called exactly when the vehicle was ready. Pick up was a breeze and he thanks us for the business. The system they use to text updates is extremely efficient. They know how to operate a service center. Will return! Thanks Glen

Glen is one of the reasons why I’m considering going back to a dealership for service instead of outside non-Ford mechanics. I know for a fact that the transmission mechanic went out of his way to double check a big concern I expressed about what type of transmission fluid to use for my 20 year old Ford 500. If he and Glen hadn’t communicated so well with each other, my concerns may have been ignored and I would have felt betrayed and would have lost all confidence in this dealership and would be likely continuing my search for good service since my mechanic friend moved out of this state.

When a service representative says he is going to call me and about when my two month old Bronco that is over a 100k don't text call me as you said. Also this was the third time in a month that I have taken this Bronco a for the window not closing. You think that I would be priority and I was just a number. So definitely not satisfied because now I have to bring it back for the fourth time on Tuesday. .

I have the greatest service team at Villa Ford that I’ve ever experienced, in fact it’s a TriFecta of greatness. First off this is Jeany , my service writer. She is Quite literally the best service writer I have ever had the pleasure of working with at any vehicle brand that I’ve owned in the past that includes Chevrolet, Cadillac, BMW or Mercedes. What I find refreshing about Jeany is that she doesn’t talk down to me, she does not act like she knows everything, and when she doesn’t know something, she is very happy to find out the proper answer from the technician without guessing or making me feel less for not knowing. That, and on top of her master communication skills really does make the service experience at Villa Ford the best I’ve ever dealt with. Now combined Jeany great customer service with two of the best technicians I have ever worked on my trucks, Matt Marshall my engine tech and Jeremy Linder my under fender chassis and drive line Technician, it’s literally the 1996 Olympic dream team afford repair. With Jeany leading the way on comms then Matt and Jeremy doing their sing with the technical work I have No Doubt. My truck was repaired perfectly, but it gives me full confidence to use my truck as hard as I need to. Fact is I actually brag to my buddies about how great this trifecta of service professionals have been for me. The guys I tell this to only have stories of the opposite, stories of bad experiences. When’s the last time you’ve heard a customer bragging to their friends about how great their service experiences was, how I was a happy to spend $2G’s getting my truck worked on, but that’s literally what these three have created. Here’s the thing, I’m not sure who will even read this hopefully it’s the president or owner of the dealership and I hope it doesn’t come across like I’m blowing smoke up your ring and pinion or fabricating all this out of thin air because I’m not, I am truly this satisfied. Lastly, I’d like to say thank you too Jeany,Matt, and Jeremy for making the last two weeks without my truck as good as an experience as it could be. Thank you. Chad Schley
