I haven't been to the dealer in about 5 momths for a service, I was greeted by Carlos! He was such a great associate! Everytime i visit he is always a great help with my issues! He even offered a wash! WHICH WAS AMAZING! Thank you so much everyone in the Service department!

I took the day off to get the oil change maintenance and take care of the recall. Was there at 6:45am. My car was there all day and it hadn't even been looked at on the recall. Now I have request another day off to take of that. I paided for the oil change a few minutes after 12pm. They were having someone bring my car but no one came, I called and they said the car hust got washed it should be on its way and it'll be here at 1:30 it was cutting it short I had to pick my grandson from school and my husband had to go to work. Again I had to call because no one came at 1:30. Then they said he just left!!! About 1:45 pm. He got here at a little pass 2pm. I was late picking up my grandson, my husband late to work. If the car just sitting there why couldn't they wash it then instead waiting at the last moment. Why couldn't they offer me to rent a car if they still waiting on the recall so we don't go through this. Why did I have to keep calling. It was very frustrating day.
