My service tech and his manager were wonderful at calming me down and helping me understand the issues and how they were to be solved. Sadly, I had to content with problems from another service tech who did NOT know how to communicate. If people treated others the way Joel and Mike did, your service centers would excel.

The work on my car was not started in a timely fashion. Had to wait over two weeks to get an open stall and when one became available there wasn’t a technician to do the work. This was unacceptable. It seemed as if I was a low priority because the transmission replacement was covered under my extended warranty. Then they just happened to find a radiator leak not covered under the warranty. Villa Ford quoted me a cost of $3,200.00 to replace the radiator. I went to my regular mechanic who replaced my radiator for $800.00 parts and labor. Won’t be using your service department in the future.

He was very patient with me & followed up. He got me into a loaner quickly so I could get my daughter to all of her appointments. He was thorough in explaining all that was wrong, parts needed, and explanation of what was covered. He made sure to replace two parts that may go out soon and explained it would be better to do it now out of pocket vs having to come back later on when it breaks. Excellent service and communication.
