I appreciate Carlos and is honestly on what I needed now for service and made sure I was good . Kept me informed about when my vehicle was going to be ready. The service associate, Glen Kotler was very knowledgeable about the business and got my service completed on time and kept me informed about the progress. He offered me and my wife water and coffee, and made sure that the vehicle was washed after the service. I had a great experience at Villa Ford, thanks to Glen Kotler.
