Im Writing this review because I had such a positive experience with Villa Ford’s service advisor Joel Angulo. He was able to get my car in the next day and he arranged to have my car picked up. He told me there is a recall notice on my car and that they would repair the problem. I received a text and phone calls to let me know what was going on with my car. Joel called and asked me if I wanted my car washed and he set up a time to have my car delivered to me. The service I received was excellent and I would recommend Villa Ford’s service department.
I’m extremely satisfied with Joel. He is very professional and courteous.

Friendly, quick and easy. I booked an appointment through my Ford Pass app. It had special pricing and Glen honored it without hesitation. My car was delivered to my house a couple hours later. Hassle free!
