The only thing I was unhappy about was the $195 charge which could not go towards my repair. Therefore I could not have my brakes done. Now that I know that VillaFord will not offer me that credit towards my repair, I will have to take my car to be serviced elsewhere.

It took two days to find out what was wrong with my vehicle, it took the third day to order a part for it. My rental was loaned to me with just over 300 miles left at my disposal even though I had to work every day my vehicle was in the shop. Needless to say, I had to be very conservative on my driving. My right passenger door was dinged again while in Villa Ford's care... Every single time my vehicle has been serviced there, it has been damaged. There was miscommunication between my representative and the engineers that led to a delay in testing and figuring out what to order because what I was told was going to happen on one day did not happen and was delayed by a day. The part was eventually replaced and my vehicle's issue was taken care and the rental was returned with less than 10 miles to spare.
